@Smurf : keep on learning : it''s goedendag...meaning : hello or have a nice day......
I have enough trouble with gutentak,
my brain might melt or something if I tried to learn any more of these.
I think it was in Amsterdam I took a cab and the cab driver could speak 15 different languages. That was amazing.

Bienvenue absoftab
Ok, there I used up all my French...I was saving it for someone special.
I hope you enjoy being here absoftab!
I was in a resturant in Europe and the waiter said good bye to us in at least 18 or 20 different languages, I lost count about half way through.
maybe we need a thread about how many different languages you can say hello or good bye to someone in.
I can say hello in American and Canadian. :D
(and maybe Austrailian)
How many languages is that Rosy?
I get dizzy if I try and read them. :)

Well well well
What a lovely and friendly words you all spoke her.
I'm a coach driver and I speak only (LOL) 13 languages!!
here in the Netherlands it is common that when a stranger talks to you you try to adress him in his onw language....on school we must learn several languages....that's why we Dutch are famous for our multi language behaviour!!
I have met several drivers that spoke around that many languages,
I have trouble with one language, if I could ever learn 2 I would be so proud. :)
Which languages do you speak?

@100 Bling : well, let's see : Dutch, German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Finnish, Latin, Twents, Danish, Russian, Polish, Sex and Greek.....O O that's 14!! LOL
that is very impressive, I only know about 2 or 3 words in maybe half of those languages. :)
when I was in Germany for a couple months I started to learn German, but then I forgot it all when I left.
