You have to charge them, I forget and think they are normal batteries and throw them away. So to me, they are a waste of money, but a good idea for some people :D

I can't think of anything to say about sponges, but I love rechargeable batteries,
you can charge them up 1000 times,
otherwise you would just fill up a land dump with 1000 old batteries,
I admit they are a little bit of a hassle to keep them charged and all,
But it’s a lot better than the alternative,

I have a bunch of flashlight I bought at the dollar store that take the same size batteries as my camera, tv remote, remote control car, and a couple other things.
but mostly the digital camera, my old camera took 4 AA bateries and they would last around 5 to 10 minutes. so I would have to carry 8 to 12 extra batteries with me all the time,
that's how I got used to keeping them recharged.

Normally that would be the rules post with people answering to it, etc. But there was that minor changeover at the beginning of Jan 2008 so that's out. Have to find some old post with the thread starter valiantly continuing a dead thread....what does that remind me of....lol
