I just read that the Material Girl was going to be sent up in space.
I was sure it was some stupid joke, then I started researching it a little, and it's no joke.
The Russians are seriously talking about sending Madonna to the space station. The Russian government wanted to send her in 2008 but their space program leader said that they didn't think they would have a seat for her until 2009.
But the Russian parliament already voted on it and they are now working on sending her into space in 2009.
I still can't believe that this is not some stupid joke, all it needs is a good punch line.
