Looking for a new shoutbox

I have been looking for a new shoutbox, and today I found one that I really liked.

I signed up for it
configured the whole thing
got the code
uploaded it to a web pagethen I find out after spending about an hour messing with it, that it would only let each user enter one line every 10 minutes.

So after you typed your one line you had to wait 10 minutes to type your 2nd line. so that didn't work so well. and I am back looking again.

maybe it would work for people who really typed a lot, something like a couple pages at a time.... ha ha

it's too bad because it really had a lot of other good features that would have worked out well. but 1 line every 10 minutes I never even thought to check for that.

I have no idea who would ever use that shout box?
it seems to me putting a 10 minute timer on it just makes it completely useless.

I am still looking for one that is similar to the one we have but has the entry box off to the side, this would take up about the same amount of room as the one we have but would show the last 6 to 8 lines of text.

so far I can't find one, they all have critical problems. :(
