I just tried RapidShare DeCoder, and it does work fine for removing the encryption on the links for rapidshare, the only problem is that there does not seem to be a way to access these links once you get them. when you try to go directly to the link it says that your code is not valid and does not let you access the link.
so it appears that the links do not even need to be encrypted any longer since you can't access them anyway without the proper code.
so this program is a bust, it may have worked before rapidshare started using the captcha, but it does not work now.

and copy everything in unescape(’?) to this utilitie and click decode.It will show you real path to the file. You can also
use this for any website that has this similar encryption.
