Rapidshare - Well your not much help

Hi,
I have a premium Rapidshare account, but have been struggling to upload stuff for the past few days, so I emailed them. Here's the response

sorry but we do not support rapidget any longer.

You can use the programm if you want but if you have problems with it please try an other programm like GetRight, FlashGet, GoZilla und IDM.
But please note: We can not give you support for this programms.

I thought it was their program?
I'm trying out Flashget - has anyone found one of these better for any reason?

I always use Flashget but havent tried any of the others so i cant comment on them. But I do find Flashget very good.

Oh Gosh! I'm such a ditz - I finally figured out the problem - the 100 meg upload limit. I am noted for not reading the fine print and never noticed the limit...you would think though, it might be an idea to have a screen that says -
Look idiot there is a 100 meg limit!!!!!
or something instead of just kicking you to a not available page.
But, I am a clueless thing sometimes...it's sad.

It's just all those smarts you got up there Penny, there just isn't enough room for trivial things like that :p
