View Full Version : How many numbers can you remember?
I happened to turn on the discovery channel yesterday and there was a guy who had memorized the math equation for pie out to 22,514 places. It took him over 5 hours to recall all the numbers and he did it with no mistakes.
Guess I won’t be breaking that world record, I have trouble remembering a phone number.

Oh that I could remember a phone number, or better yet a serial number. But, as it is, I'm doing really well to remember my 4 digit bank pin and even that I get wrong half the time. Same with directions. I can get lost in a house looking for the bathroom. Thank heavens for my palm...now I just wish I had Cloie back at CTU to upload maps of things when I am lost...I'm running out of time...

I recently saw Echelon Conspiracy.
Must check what Echelon means on wiki.

I'm still waiting for Chloe to upload a map or two...at least my spelling has improved :D
I watched Echelon Conspiracy... first I watched XIII conspiracy because I didn't realize it was the wrong movie,
but anyway, back to Echelon Conspiracy, I liked the way they tried to make things sound important, like when he said "Activate the power grid" instead of hey go turn on the lights.
So from now on when I go to the bathroom, I am going to start activating the power grid in there.

"Activate the power grid" or "Deactivate the power grid"
...that is what we say in the Niagara Region...where we have a Power Grid.
Sometimes I say "Beam Me uP Scotty" or "Beam Me Down Scotty"
We are light years ahead here.:D

ok, I watched the movie Chloe (2010) based on Penny's recommendation.
Now, I am not going to be able to hire any more hookers for a couple weeks.
but it was a pretty good movie.

Penny recommended Chloe...I missed that. So, Penny is a 'Recommender' now. Next she will want to be a 'Critic'.
Penny (I think) and I would be familiar with the Toronto scenes. I used to live near Alan Gardens while going to Ryerson. I never saw such goings on though, to my chagrin. It was a hot place regardless.
Not sure but I believe Neeson's wife had that ski accident in Quebec while he was filming. So sad. I fell in love with her when I saw her in the Parent Trap. Those cinematic viewer love affairs are very special.
I recently saw her in a movie with Rupert Everett, where she bares much....and I stared much. Just being a 'guy'.:p

Maybe Elmer meant Penne :D
Chloe was not a bad movie, I liked it.
at least it was not depressing. :)
I would say more about it, but I don't want to spoil the movie for the people who haven't seen it yet.
