I just read about a full size electric suv that can run 40 miles on an overnight charge.

and it can go 90 miles per hour. I think these things could be very popular if gas keeps going up.

I was just looking around and here is a car that goes 135 miles on batteries that can recharge in 10 minutes.... Wow. that is amazing.

I have been looking into this as well.
I have an electric bike...a friend just bought an electric scooter/bike.
Canada makes an electric car..sells to the US but little action in Canada...was featured on CBC....also YOUTube avail.

How come they can't have something like those little Dynamo's thingies that we had on our push bikes to power our lights fitted to all four wheels to recharge as you drive?

there is some silly law of physics that says something like you can't build a generator that produces more than what it takes to drive it or something like that.

maybe someday someone will figure a way around that, and then.... free energy for everyone. :)

But it wouldn't have to produce more energy than it takes, it could just be a trickle charge to keep things ticking along, like the generator in a standard car charges the battery. These cars have batteries to store their energy so the physics side shouldn't be a problem because as well as being the energy source the battery circuit could be made to act as a baffle to counteract the laws of physics. It could be sorted out if they actually sat down and used their grey matter.
