Is it possible for a person to get into AIM account . Now this person isnt very smart. I just havent read about this because it didnt matter to me , but now it does..The wench..:mad:

Do you mean as in you wanting to crack/hack into an aim then yes, its possible google aim punters/aim pw crackers some may have backdoors, and some dont.

First you would want to see if a brute force program would work, you can check by just trying a dozen different passwords and see if it will lock down the account and for how long.
If it allows you to keep trying passwords, then you need a program that will load in a dictionary then you just have it try all the words in the dictionary and see if one of them works. That's probably where you would start anyway.

Ya Brute force programs, but aim has been updated and and ony gives you 6 login tries, if you dont get the password by 6 tries you gotta wait like 15 minutes or something. Another thing is that those brute force dictionary dont have passwords like these > ac32d5s. They dont have passwords with both numbers and letters, they just have words.

I didn't know they had the 15 minute wait now, I have not checked them in a long time. That will only give you 24 an hour so the brute force programs are going to take a long time. but you could still do 4000 words in just under a week. If the person had a very easy one word password then you might get it in a week or so.
But your right if they put numbers in their password then this type of program is going to be mostly useless.
