This is new on RS, a speed clock showing how you get faster speeds with "Premium" versus "Free User" (of course it is animated in real time) ; nice graphic at least...

...and, yes, free users, it appears, have indeed been speed throttled...at least in my experience this morning.

My Rapidshare speed died away the beginning of June to less than half of what it was. I have complained to them about it but they just ignore me and say nothing is wrong. The problem is that it only happens when I'm using rapidshare, so unless they do something about my paid for service soon they can shove their Premuim service where the sun doesn't shine.
I thought a Court was going to shut them down anyway, or was that just more internet BS?
