We need a new banner!!

We need a new banner for our site. Is there anyone with graphic skills that could make us a nice banner. Please post any you make here.

flash22 made that, and made some others. twofaze also made one and is going to make some more for us so that we can have a change every now again. Better than the one we had anyway. :p
