it's off a website that had a bunch of riddles, I was able to figure out the first 15 very easy, but this one really has me stumped.

it could be a foreign language that I have never heard of, or something like that, maybe slang somewhere. I can recognize numbers in more than 15 different languages but I have never seen anything like this???

It just came to me what the answer to this riddle was, so everyone can relax and stop worrying about it, it's all taken care of now. :D
