I read this about Rapidshare, it's not looking good!

I read that news article before. The consensus is that RS makes a lot of money and will be able to drag out the decision to a higher court, and if worse comes to worst, then they will move their servers. Maybe...hopefully.

I agree, there is alot of money involved, and it's easy enough to move to a server in a different part of the world........R/S will stay in business

I had read that this is in reference to Rapidshare.de, not Rapidshare.
