Sections marked read problem

a lot of times when I get on the site many of the sections will be marked like this:
http://www.hundredbling.net/images/statusicon/forum_old.gif when I haven't read them
and they should look like this http://www.hundredbling.net/images/statusicon/forum_new.gif

Has anyone else noticed this, or am I the only one?

vBulletin isn't reading the coding right, or its not keeping track of your cookies as much as it should be:)
