When I was a kid, friends & I used to fire off M-80's & Cherry-Bombs that we tossed out on a lake. Some we added weight, and they blew up under water. They had waterproof fuses, unlike the ones you find in Mexico. Yeah, and I still have all my fingers.:)
If these video's were real, these guys would be busted big time...domestic terrorists.
