What do you think the best game is? Online wise, like Need for speed and all, PC only:)

I got hooked playing a mud before adventure quest came out called apocalypse now. I would play it all day and all night, I was so addicted it was really getting bad, so I had to quit playing, then a couple years later I started playing adventure quest, but I didn't let myself get so addicted. :)

I could be thinking about a different game, I can't remember warcraft 2 all that much I didn't play it that long.

I also played Fallout 1 a lot. I can't remember how many times I made it all the way thought that game, and it is a seriously long game.

Dude

nope,

when I said I was addicted I was seriously addicted. I would play 20 hours, sleep 4 then play 20 more hours, I could do that for weeks. then a lot of days I would play 24 hours.

This is really bad but I played that apocalypse now game for just over 11 months everyday without a break, then my parents told me they were really worried about me and wanted me to go talk to a shrink, because I wasn't sleeping or anything.
So I told them I would quit.

lol thats awsome!

My parents always think now that I am playing a game when I am on my computer. But, mostly, I am not.

With WoW, I would hate going places because I wouldn't be able to play, and then if I did go out somewhere with my parents, I would wish I never went. HAH

During the weekends, my parents would never see me, i would always be playing, it was bad! I hated it but I couldn't quit!! But, then I took a 2-3 day break, got back to the game, and it was boring!

When I first bought my computer, I had a part time job, and I got off work on Friday around noon, raced home started playing some dumb game, and I played it all night Friday night, all day Saturday, all day Sunday, I would run to the bathroom and race back to keep playing, I played it until I had to go to work on Monday around 10 am. So I played for 70 hours straight.

When I stopped playing on Monday and went outside, my eyes were so screwed up from focusing on the screen for so long without a break, I had a lot of trouble seeing, and I had to get glasses after that weekend.

But I kept playing my computer game. lol

I was just reading about a kid who made $250,000 last year playing video games, a lot of the tournaments are paying cash prizes now. I bet his parents thought he was wasting he life too, until he started making more money than they did. lol

I remember hearing about a competition where they had a million dollars to the winner. I don't remember what happend I was just thinking, dang I should start playing games again.

The other old game that I really liked and I played a lot was the Syndicate PC game. You had 4 guys and you worked for a corporation that would send you out on missions and they would drop you hear a city and you would have to find your way in and do what ever your mission was and get back out. I played that game so many times all the way through I can't even count.
I liked all the different stuff you could do in the game, and all the strategy you had to use to complete your missions.
